Each headquarters distributes ranked missions telling the story of your village and unlocking rare equipment, exclusive jutsus and lore fragments. Ranks require precise levels and narrative prerequisites: skipping steps is impossible.
- D-Rank — learning missions accessible from level 1.
- C-Rank — requires level 10 and introduces first squad synergies.
- B-Rank — optimization-oriented challenges available at level 40.
- A-Rank — end-game for level 100 ninjas.
- S-Rank — special events and limited-time arcs.
